Directly Edit Files on FTP Servers

Edit files directly on FTP servers with your favorite editing programs like Photoshop, UltraEdit, Dreamweaver, Flash, or anything else you can imagine

Editing files directly on an FTP server is simple with ALFTP.

Choose the program you want to open a file type with, select a file of that type, and click Direct Edit. The file will open with your favorite editing program.

For example:

  • Open HTML files with Ultra Edit, Front Page or Dreamweaver
  • Open GIF files with ALSee or Photoshop
  • Open ZIP and TGZ files with ALZip

You can choose your favorite editing programs and edit files directly on FTP servers.

Files are always safe because ALFTP will backup your files whenever poor network conditions cause transfer failures. Just click to open your backup folder.
