Other Convenient Internet Tools
ALToolbar also contains a number of minor tools for added convenience:
Flash Blocker: Stop Flash from displaying in your browser. Especially useful for blocking ads.
Enable Right-Click: When some web sites try to block you from using your mouse right-click context menu, this makes sure that you can still use it.
Auto-Logout: Stay secure by automatically logging out of ALToolbar with a predefined timeout that you choose.
Background Image: Decorate Internet Explorer with your favorite picture.
Minimize ALToolbar: Collapse the text in ALToolbar to display only the icons.
Logout and Delete Login Info: This logs you out and deletes all your ALToolbar login information.
What they do...
See below for more details about the extra conveniences in ALToolbar and screenshots.

Flash Blocker
This does exactly what it says it does. It blocks all Flash in a page when you turn it on. To turn it off, just click the button again.

Enable Right-Click
|
Some web sites disable your mouse right-click context menu. This is usually done to prevent casual visitors from downloading or saving the page or something on the page. Checking this option re-enables your right-click menu so that you can easily copy something from the page, view the source code, or save an image on the page.
The small area to the right has the right-click context menu disabled. Try right-clicking on it. Now try using ALToolbar. Remember to set your preference (press F4) then check the "Re-enable mouse right-click context menu" option.

Auto-Logout
Again, this does exactly what it says it does for ALToolbar. You can set a predefined amount of time, and after that amount of inactivity has expired, ALToolbar logs you out of itself. This helps to protect your ALToolbar login from unauthorized access.
It is a good idea to always use this option. If you are the only one that uses the computer ALToolbar is on, you can set a higher value or turn this off. If the computer is used by different people at home, you may wish to set a moderate time limit. On public computers such as at a school or university, you should always set this value very low and manually logout and delete your login information.

Background Image
This lets you decorate your browser with an image in the lower-right corner of Internet Explorer. To view only the picture, type "about:blank" into the address bar.

Minimize ALToolbar
This lets you collapse the text for the different ALToolbar buttons and displays only the icons. The net effect is that your browser appears cleaner and neater to look at. So you can click the < / > icon to go toggle between the full width toolbar with text:
And the neat and compact, minimal ALToolbar with icons only:

Logout and Delete Login Info
This menu item logs you out of ALToolbar and deletes your ALToolbar information from memory so that the next person to use the computer cannot use your account, and cannot see what your login ID is.
Please note that all your ALPass Online login information is still safe and secure. This option does not delete that information and you can securely access it again by logging into ALToolbar.
