ALSee Picture Viewer and Photo Editor Save as... <Ctrl + S>

Save rotated or otherwise edited photos and pictures as BMP, GIF, JPEG, PCX, or TIFF picture files.

Usage
  1. Click [File] ¬> [Save As...].

  2. Enter a new file name and choose a file format then click [Save].

Remarks
You can use [Save As...] to change picture formats. Just choose one from the Save as type drop down menu.
