1. Select the pictures you want to resize. 2. Click the [Tool] -> [Resize (Ctrl + R)]. 3. Choose Resizing options that suit your needs. Resize by %: Resize the pictures by a percentage, either larger, or smaller. Resize by resolution: Enter the new width and height. Check the [Preserve Aspect Ratio] checkbox to keep the relative dimensions and automatically update the width and height when one or the other is changes. Resize by particular axis: Resize the pictures by either long axis or short axis. Resize by file size: Resize the picture by restricting size of the file in kilobytes (KB). Or, you can use pre-defined [Limit size to 500KB] to resize the picture for common uses (e.g. Personal blog picture, E-Mail attachment). 4. Set your other options and click OK.
