Starting the Photo Editor. Quickly open the file(s) and save changes. Open <Ctrl + O> Open picture(s) you wish to edit in Photo Editor. 1. Click [File] -> [Open (Ctrl + O)]. 2. Select the file and click Open. 3. File(s) will be added in File List.
Close Close the selected file in File List. This is not the same as closing the ALSee Photo Editor. 1. Select the file you wish to close in File List. 2. Click [File] -> [Close]. 3. Selected file disappears from the File List.
Save <Ctrl + S> 1. Select the file you wish to save. 2. Click [File] -> [Save (Ctrl + S)]. 3. File is saved. (If the file is same as the original, it is automatically saved once you click [Save]. However, if the file has been modified, then you will be prompted to choose [Saving Quality] of the file. 4. Selected file is saved.
Save As... Save edited photos and pictures as BMP, GIF, JPEG, or TIFF picture files. 1. Select the file you wish to save. 2. Click [File] -> [Save As...]. 3. Enter a new file name and choose a file format then click [Save]. *Remarks: you can use [Save As...] to change picture formats. Just choose one from the Save as type drop down menu.
Save All <Ctrl + Shift +S > All the pictures of photos in File List will be saved. Modified photos will be marked with a little yellow exclamation mark icon on the top-left corner of each photo. 1. Click [File] -> [Save All <Ctrl + Shift + S>]. 2. [Save All] dialog will show you the list of modified photos that will be saved. (The files in the [File(s) to Save] list are the same ones you see with a little yellow exclamation mark icon in File List.) 3. Preview the Original File Name and New File Name and make changes if you need. (You may check/uncheck the [Use prefix for new file name(s)] at the bottom of [Save All] dialog]. 4. Chose the File Format and Destination Folder then click [Save].
Exit Photo Editor <Alt + F4> Closing the ALSee Photo Editor. 1. Click [File] -> [Exit Photo Editor (Alt + F4)]. 2. ALSee Photo Editor is closed. This is not the same as ALSee Image Viewer. Once you close ALSee Photo Editor, you are returned to ALSee [Browse] mode.
