Customize ALSee options and settings as well as how ALSee integrates with Windows and Windows Explorer. Click [Tool] -> [Preferences (F4)]. Click [General] tab. The following options can be set under [General] tab.
Explorer Settings Double-click to Show Picture: Check either [Zoom] or [Full Screen] to allow ALSee to show the picture when you double-click. Show pictures in Windows Explorer right-click context menus: Check this option to show a thumbnail preview when you right-click on picture files in Windows Explorer. ESC to Exit ALSee: Check this option to exit the ALSee when you hit ESC.
Default Settings Deleted without prompting for confirmation: When this option is checked, and files are deleted silently without a normal deletion confirmation dialog. Show hidden files: Makes hidden files visible and available to ALSee. Delete to Recycle Bin: When checked, deleted files are sent to the Windows Recycle Bin. Unchecking this option is similar to the <Shift + Del>, which makes deletion permanent. Show pictures only: Hides all files with the exception of ALSee's 23 supported picture type. Go to Full Screen when double-clicking a thumbnail in Browse mode: Views picture of selected thumbnail in Full Screen when you double click on a thumbnail.
Left-Click to Specify Selected Area Enlarge: Picture enlarges when you drag selection with Left-click then left-click over the selection. Move Selected Area: When checked, selected area is moved while holding left-click.
Save after Rotating Picture Save original to subfolder: When checked, original file will be saved to subfolder first. It then rotates the picture. Overwrite: When checked, overwrites the original file with the newly rotated picture.
