10 second Rewind / Fast Forward
You can quickly seek through a video in predefined increments (10 seconds by default).
Rewind / Fast Forward

  1. On the main menu, click [Play] > [10 second Rewind, 10 second Fast Forward].

  2. On your keyboard, press the Left Arrow (10 second Rewind) or Right Arrow (10 second Fast Forward).

You can change the 10 second default to another value in [Preferences] > [Playback] under the [Fast Forward and Rewind] heading.
