You can quickly seek through a video in predefined increments (10 seconds by default).

Rewind / Fast Forward

1.On the main menu, click [Play] > [10 seconds Rewind, 10 seconds Fast Forward].

2.On your keyboard, press the Left Arrow (10 seconds Rewind) or Right Arrow (10 seconds Fast Forward).

You can change the 10 second default to another value in [Preferences] > [Playback] under the [Fast Forward and Rewind] heading.
