Use ALShow to capture still screen shots from a video.

1. On the main menu, click [Screen] > [Screen Capture] or press [F9] on the keyboard.

2. Select a file format to save to. Screen shots default to the "ALShow Capture" folder but can be redefined under Screen Display Preferences.
