View and edit information for a selected file.

File Info

1. Select a file and click [View] > [View File & Tag Info...] or choose [View File & Tag Info...] from the ALSong context menu.
2. On your keyboard, press Alt + 3 to display the file info dialog.

3. A file info dialog appears where you can find out file and tag information or edit tag information.

Irrespective of what type of file you choose, ALSong will display the proper dialog. Not all audio formats allow you to edit tag information. MP3, OGG, and WMA files all let you edit information to greater or lesser degrees. PCM files do not allow you to edit information about the file.
