Some additional options are available on the General Preferences tab.

General

Enable mouse right-click in webpage: Check this option to stop web sites from blocking your right-click menu.

Some web sites make it difficult to view source code or download images. The truth of the matter is that it is not possible to stop someone from doing either of these. However, it is possible to make it more difficult. Disabling context menus in web pages is the most common way to make things more difficult for visitors. By checking this option you can get rid of this inconvenience and use your right-click menu on any web page again.

Allow anonymous usage statistics: When you check this option, you allow us at ALTools to know how many people are using ALToolbar. We NEVER collect any personal information.

That bears repeating... WE NEVER COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION. INFORMATION IS AGGREGATED THEN DELETED. That means that we boil down the information we collect into simple numbers. For example it might be like, "There are 1,000,000 people using ALToolbar. Of those million people, 50% use AutoLogin." Once we have that information, we delete the information that we collected.

If you have any concerns about privacy or the information we collect, please post in the forums at the ALTools web site. Don't email us. We have nothing to hide and we'd prefer that any of your concerns are out in the open where everyone can see.

Enable ALToolbar functions in the address bar: This lets you use all the ALToolbar shortcuts in the Internet Explorer address bar.

Browser

Insert Image in Page: Check this to display a background image in Internet Explorer.

Browse File: Browse to select the image you wish to use.

Hide Internet Explorer default search box on top-right(IE7): This removes the IE search box and makes more room for the address bar.

Run Internet Explorer with selected size(IE7): You can customize the default size of the browser whenever you run.

Restore web pages that were abnormally ended (IE7 or lower): If your browser crash, you will lose all information of the opened browser, and try to think all the websites you need to open. By checking this option, ALToolbar will remember all the websites you opened, and open it for you.
