The capture functionality in ALToolbar lets you capture images of web pages.

Taking screen captures of long web pages has never been easier than with ALToolbar. There are several options that give you control over exactly what you want to capture.

What is a "capture"?

A "capture," "screen capture," or "screen shot," is just a picture of a screen.

You can use the "Print Screen" key then paste the captured contents on your clipboard into an image editor, but special screen capture software is usually much easier and better to use. If you need to take a screen capture of an entire web page, Print Screen won't help you without taking a lot of captures and doing a lot of editing. The ALToolbar capture can do this for you.

So the ALToolbar capture is only for web pages?

Yes. It does a spectacular job of it and gives you a lot of control over exactly what you want to capture from a web page.

Can I take screen captures of other things?

No. Sorry. The ALToolbar capture is just for screen captures of web pages. It's very good at what it does, but it doesn't do regular software screen shots.
