Using the ALZip main window

To create a new archive:

1. Start ALZip and click the New button.

2. Create a new archive using the Create new archive dialog box.

3. When you have finished setting the options, click the Add button.

4. The progress dialog box will keep you informed of the archive progress status.

5. The archive and its contents will be displayed in the ALZip main application window when the operation is complete.

6. You can find the new archive under the path and file name given in step 2. (This is usually the same directory as the files you archived were in.)
