Archiving with Drag & Drop

When you create a new archive or add files to an open archive, dragging & dropping from Explorer to ALZip greatly speeds up and simplifies the task for you.

The following is an example of how to create a new archive:

1. Select one or more files and drag and drop them from an Explorer window to the ALZip main application window.

2. The New Archive dialog box appears. Refer to New Archives for more information.

3. ALZip will start archiving your files. The progress dialog box will show the compression progress status.

4. When archiving is complete, the content of the archive is displayed. You can exit ALZip at anytime after this.
