Adding files to an existing archive is as simple as dragging & dropping. This is by far the fastest way to add files to an existing archive. 1. Select the file(s) or folder(s) you want to add to the archive. Tip: You can choose multiple files or folders by holding down the Shift or Ctrl keys. Holding down Shift will allow you to select all the files inbetween two clicks while holding down the Ctrl key will allow you to select files individually. 2. Drag and drop the selected files or folders onto the archive. While your mouse hovers over the archive, a small + will appear beside the cursor, confirming that you can add the file(s) or folder(s). e.g. You can't add files to a TGZ archive, but you can add files to a ZIP or BH archive.
3. ALZip will add any files or folders you dropped on the archive. The progress dialog box will show you the archive progress status.
4. The selected files (and/or folders) are now added to the archive.
