Downloading Files
  1. Select the files you want to download from the top FTP Server Explorer.

    (Click on the ALFTP screen shot below for more information on that part or scroll down for downloading info.)

    Select files on an FTP server to download Main toolbar contains common FTP commands ALTools info bar in freeware and unregistered versions FTP Transfer queue FTP connection status window displays FTP commands and results ALFTP FTP Client Explorer ALFTP FTP Server Explorer ALFTP menu ALFTP title bar displays ftp site address ALFTP FTP status bar displays download info like speed, size, percent complete

     

  2. On the toolbar, click the "Download" icon to begin downloading immediately to the current folder in the lower Client Explorer (your computer).

  3. In the lower left File Download Status window you can see the file name, file's remote directory, local directory, size and download status.

    (Click on the image below for detailed information on that portion.)

    Downloads are displayed in the ftp file transfer queue
